What the report shows
Group figures, and only group figures.
- ✓ People on your lists, and the share of each team active each week (turnout).
- ✓ People active in the last four weeks, average points, average level and average growth.
- ✓ Your teams side by side.
- ✓ For teams taking Work Well Together: each team’s chosen block, how many people are in each phase (Find, Learn, Own, Wrap), the share taking part, the team’s average nine-block reading and psychological safety at the start and at Wrap, and its Keep, Tweak or Swap decision.
- ✓ Every figure is for a group of 8 or more people. A smaller team shows “fewer than 8 people — figures hidden”.
- ✓ No names, no individual rows and no downloads of individual data. What people write in a tool is never part of it.
