The Team Pack is for a team and its leader who want to grow together: a team at the start of a new chapter, a team with a new leader, or a good team that wants to become a better one.
It helps a team shape the way it does things on purpose and move its conversations from small talk to talk that matters, with a leader who has good questions to hand.
Every member receives a twelve-month seat in TeamSmart, which follows the moments every group meets: When We Start, Every Week, When It Is Hard, When We Look Back and When We See Each Other, with tools such as Team Charter, The Win Wall and The Starfish Retrospective. Every member also receives a twelve-month seat in Big Talk, from Foundations and The Skills of Connection to Big Talk in the Wild, and The Wisdom of Work card deck and ebook in their own name. The leader receives the FlourishTalk Team Development guide: a hundred questions and a deck for the team, on purpose, psychological safety, communication, conflict, strengths, accountability and celebration.
The team works through TeamSmart and Big Talk between meetings and opens each meeting together in Meeting view, with a quote or finding on the screen and a question underneath. Both courses sit under Connect. Tools such as Team Charter and How Safe Is My Team? also appear in Work Well Together, so a leader taking that course has the team already equipped. The Edge is included, showing the team's practice as a group. To start, choose Order the Team Pack, send the team list and pay once; each member is enrolled by email.
