This course is for professionals, managers and teams in demanding working seasons who want their performance and their wellbeing to grow together. You can work through it on your own, or a manager can run each session as a facilitated workshop with a team.
The course works from a simple definition: wellbeing is the ability to feel good and function effectively. It follows the six PERMAH dimensions: positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, accomplishment and health. Session by session you protect your energy, use your strengths, connect well with colleagues and set goals that match what matters to you.
You begin with Wellbeing 101 at Work, where you write your own definition of wellbeing, take a PERMAH Wellbeing Check-in for a baseline, and map your Wellbeing Ecosystem across Me, We and Us. Later sessions include the Rest & Recovery Wheel, Energy Drainers and Givers at Work, the HQC Toolkit Planner for high-quality connections, and a Micro-Crafting Experiment that tries small changes to your role. Each session ends with a Tiny Nudge, one small daily practice for that dimension.
On WorkSmart4Life this course sits under Sustain, the move about energy and recovery. It shares the wellbeing-at-work frame with Work Well Together, and several tools appear in both, among them the Rest & Recovery Wheel, the HQC Toolkit Planner, Job Crafting Values Connection and Implementation Intentions. If your team has chosen one block there, the matching session here takes it further. For team sessions, Meeting view in the free Wisdom of Work explorer gives you an opening slide and question.
I suggest you start with My Wellbeing Definition. A free 24-hour trial of the whole course is available.
